		<description>Hi Celia - you could definitely use agar agar in this instead of the gelatin. It&#039;s just a bit harder to work with - you&#039;ll have to look up the proportion of agar agar to liquid that you&#039;ll need - it won&#039;t be a one-to-one substitution with the gelatin.
